Mizuno M1 strives to hire coaches that are passionate about teaching skills and the game of volleyball to every athlete. We take pride in our coaching staff, knowing that our coaches have an interest in helping each athlete reach their full potential.  All of our coaches have club, high school and/or college coaching experience and many are former collegiate volleyball players.

Our entire staff works together under the leadership of the Club Directors and the Lead Coaches. This ensures consistent high-level technical training across the entire club. All of our coaches attend an annual M1 Coaching Clinic before the season begins to introduce any new techniques and to re-affirm our current coaching practices. 

Our goal is to make sure every athlete continues to progress towards their full potential through consistent training.
