Movement Evaluation: We use clinical application and cutting-edge technology to deliver efficient and effective testing focused on decreasing injury, optimizing performance, and enhancing recovery. Powered by fusionetics.
Speed Development: Our training will increase the speed and reaction time of that crucial first step along with key acceleration mechanics.
Change of Direction: Our agility training teaches the optimal technique for efficient movement in multiple directions, including a quick reduction in speed and re-acceleration.
Vertical Jump: Our training methods target elastic force development and muscle recruitment for measurable improvements to your vertical.
Strength & Power: Our strength and power program is based on body weight and free weight movements that mimic positions and actions used in competition.
Core Strength: At the conclusion of each session we use exercises that specifically target the muscles of the torso in order to challenge the strength and stability of the low back and abdominals.
